Gheringhap Sightings w/e 4/5/2024.
There were 108 sightings for this week, which is 14 sighting more than last week. Making a total of 1776 sightings for this year to date. On day 125 last year we had seen 1718 sightings, this is 58 sightings more than at the same time last year.
We saw 9 sightings on the Broad Gauge which is 5 sightings less than last week. This total included 6 x PN Grain trains and 1 x SSR Grain train. Total B/G trains for this year are 233 (At the same time last year we had seen 240 x B/G trains, this is 7 sightings less than last year.) Total B/G grain trains for this year are 204 (At the same time last year we had seen 199 grain trains on the B/G) This is 5 sightings more than last year.
We saw 99 sightings on the Standard Gauge which is 19 sightings more than last week. This total included 19 x PN Grain trains, and 0 x Qube Grain train and 3 x SSR Grain trains. Total S/G trains for this year are 1543. (At the same time last year, we had seen 1478 S/G trains), this is 65 sightings more than last year. Total S/G grain trains for this year are 330. (At the same time last year, we had seen 183 grain trains on the S/G). This is 147 grain sightings more than at the same time last year.
Total grain trains for this year are 534, this is 152 sightings more than last year.
